Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your BORCETA purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for all eligible items.
Eligible Items
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items
- Items in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Regular-priced items
Non-Eligible Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Intimates, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the item you want doesn't sell out during the return process.
Our customer service team is available to assist with this process if needed. Please contact us if you have any questions about exchanging your purchase.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate your return
Log into your account and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to initiate your return. If you checked out as a guest, use our contact form to request a return.
- Print your return label
Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print this label and attach it to your package.
- Package your return
Place the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include any paperwork that came with your order.
- Ship your return
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend keeping your receipt until your return is processed.
- Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. This typically takes 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred during the return process. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with international returns.
Note that original shipping charges, duties, and taxes paid on the initial purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage or defect to help us resolve your issue quickly.
We'll work with you to arrange a return and replacement or refund. In these cases, return shipping is free, and we'll refund your original shipping costs.
